Cedarhurst is located on the South Shore of Long Island, about 15 minutes from JFK Airport. It is easily accessible by car, bus and the Long Island Railroad (LIRR), stopping right in the heart of town.
The Village of Cedarhurst presents a unique and charming combination of specialty stores, boutiques and national chain stores. A variety of restaurants and cafés all within walking distance of each other complement this quaint town.
Many stores are open late Wednesday and Thursday evenings. On Saturdays and Sundays, free metered parking is offered in convenient municipal parking lots.
